This is a brand new couch. It has a enough room to seat 6 people. The chaise lounge side lifts up for storage and the other side pulls out to become a full queen size bed. The couch has been in storage for the time I have owned it although I have slept on it and it is very comfortable. I am asking $750 OBO since when I originally bought it I paid way over $1000.
