Chef Jassie Bakshi has served in the city of Calgary from last 15 years as a successful restaurateur. Jassie is formally trained in India and US in prestigious Culinary Schools. His specialization is in French Italian nutritional and Indian cuisine. Originally from India. Jassie started his career in 1984 at his home town, New Delhi. He has worked for top positions at 5 star hotels such as the Oberoi India, Hyatt Regency and the Kahler Grand Hotel in the US for the last 30 years.
