This is a brand new blackberry purchased in May 2009 it is in 100% working order, only problem there is a scratch on the back of the battery cover (but if your the type who wants to to be beautiful you can purchase these on ebay for less then 5$cdn) It comes with everything it came with (Charger, Manual, CD, Leather Case, and the earbuds with built in hands free) I ensure you there is no cracks on the screen or its "Frozen" its been used for a maximum of 3 weeks and then thrown into a shoe box because i got a new phone. I had to buy it out at 500$ so i hope 350 is a good deal.. but if you have an offer let me hear it =) THanks! dont hesitate to ask questions
